Who i am
Hello! My name is Rose Waters. In 2010, I started providing Academic Coaching services at a private high school in Orange County. Within my years of experience, I have worked with hundreds of students. I believe that not all children learn the same and some struggle differently than others. My goal is to help every student realize and work towards their full potential. I also strive to help them enjoy learning and embrace it as a lifelong habit. I am here to help them understand their own individual learning style and get on the path to success.
What I DO
Academic coaching is different than classic tutoring. It goes above and beyond to help the student as an individual. It helps students and parents who struggle with navigating the academic world. I believe it is essential to have an outside source speak with your child about school and academics. They can have a different relationship with an academic mentor and might be more open speaking about their various challenges. I also help parents on how to interact with their child to create the best learning environment.

As we wind down to the last week of our first year at high school, we wanted to send you a letter of gratitude and thanks for providing such excellence in education and support to our child! This year has been a true blessing to the entire family. Our daughter, who used to labor for hours on end doing homework without complaint, is now moving right along, absent of all the stress and self-doubt she formerly felt in elementary and middle school. We are happy to report she is finishing her freshman year with either a 3.9 or 4.0. Our daughter has literally flourished and grown in confidence and achievement beyond what we thought would ever be possible! Working with Rose has our daughter not only looking forward to learning, but actually enjoying school.
